This wet-niche potting compound is the first "listed" product that meets NEC requirements to allow the use of rigid nonmetallic conduit in the installation of wet-niche underwater lighting fixtures.

2135 provides protection against corrosion and possible deteriorating effects of pool water by reliably encapsulating the 8 AWG ground connection in a wet-niche shell. The wet-niche forming shell is a corrosion-resistant metal housing for underwater fixtures in permanently installed pools. Kit includes resin compound, 1 pair protective gloves, CC-3 cable cleaning pads, and a wooden applicator. Article 680-20(b)(1) National Electrical Code. UL Listed 2L02.
