Designed for systems that convey cases on their sides. Mounts horizontally. Unique linear slide rail for smooth, consistent seals on center seams using up to 48 mm width tapes. Up to 78 ft/min case speed.

The SMT (right- and left-hand) taping heads are designed for mounting horizontally and apply pressure-sensitive Scotch(R) Box Sealing Tape to center seams of regular slotted containers conveyed on their sides. The compact size and simplicity make it suitable for use in a number of side taping applications. Handles tape widths up to 2 inch.
